Investing In The Future.

Lay your treasures up in heaven,
Don't hoarde them on the earth.
For on the earth they'll disappear,
And you won't get their true worth.
So use them for Gods Kingdom,
Then you can never lose.
Use it to spread the gospel,
It's up to you to choose.

Every Member Is Important.

Do you think the gift God gave you,
To be used in his church is small.
And is so unimportant,
That it's overlooked by all.
That's not the way God sees us,
We are each important to him.
So when you next watch a team game,
Each member does his part to win.

The Way We Walk.

On the day of our conversion,
God gives us all we need.
To follow him,turn our backs on sin,
And make sure we succeed.
But things are not that easy,
As we too soon find out.
But as long as we press forward,
Our end is not in doubt.

Too Busy To Know God.

Do you read your daily reading then rush off into the day,
Never taking time to get to know the one we call the Way.
Then you really are more busy than the Lord would have you be,
'You should take time out of each new day to fellowship with Me'
I will help you and empower you then you need only do,
The things that I have planned for you then you'll get a different view.
For the life we live together will be full of joy and peace,
As we live each day in fellowship all fretfulness will cease.

God Is All You Need.

When you come to the end of your self-seeking ways,
And you feel like you just can't go on.
Then the one who is God and has numbered your days,
Is the one you should depend upon.
He's been waiting for you all the days of your life,
To really surrender to him.
Then you can walk with him each day of your life,
As you truly rely upon him.
